Liyah started off as a gymnast at the age of 2 and then made a career change into dance when she was 8 years old. She was a recreational dancer for one year before becoming a competitive dancer at the age of 9. Kaliyah trained in styles Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Ballet. She went to a performing arts high school for dance, which allowed her the opportunity to perform in the 2017 Hollywood Christmas Parade. The summer of 2018 she also had the privilege to train at the USA dance camp. Her last two years of high school she transferred back to her hometown high school where she was on the varsity dance team while still competing with a studio. She is very passionate about dance and can't wait to instill the love of dance to others.

My daughter looks forward to dance class all week! Her teacher take the time each and every week to give each student individual attention and positive affirmation. The studio is small and has a family like atmosphere. Also, as a parent I appreciate how well they communicate what’s going on through email and their website.
